Tonight I am taking the kiddo to an Aerosmith concert with a dear friend and her daughter (who is also awesome). Kiddo wasn't sure he wanted to go, but decided last minute.
I remember my parents taking me to concerts, Diana Ross, Anne Murray, Kenny G, George Straight...we went to venues but the majority were after ballgames. Music is huge in our family. So now, I am taking my son to his second concert (Kenny Chesney with Sugarland and Taylor Swift was his first one) and realized, while the venues change - some of the artists don't, and the exeperience doesn't either. Tonight I get to hang with my preteen and can only hope he has as much fun as I did with my mom and daddy.
